Rivet Rye IPA
Brewed with a generous addition of spicy rye malt, this IPA balances bold hop character with earthy, peppery notes. Citra and Mosaic hops lend bright citrus and berry undertones.
Copperhead Hazy IPA
A juicy New England-style IPA with a soft, pillowy body. Double dry-hopped with El Dorado and Citra for intense orange creamsicle and stone fruit flavors. Low bitterness, maximum haze.
Blacksmith Black IPA
Dark as forged iron yet deceptively hoppy. Rich roasted malts provide a chocolatey backbone while Simcoe and Chinook hops bring a piney, resinous punch. The best of both worlds.
Hop Forge Double IPA
Twice the hops, twice the intensity. This DIPA is a forge of flavor, layering Cryo hops for a massive peach, pineapple, and dank nose. Smooth bitterness keeps it balanced despite its strength.
Foundry Stout
A robust oatmeal stout born in our original test batches. Velvety smooth with deep notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and a whisper of smoke. Aged on bourbon-soaked oak staves for a subtle vanilla warmth.
Nightshift Nitro Milk Stout
Poured on nitrogen for a cascading, creamy head. This milk stout is brewed with lactose for a touch of sweetness, layered with flavors of cocoa, caramel, and a light roast. Silky and sessionable.
Ironclad Imperial Stout
A heavyweight brew for those who like their stouts bold. Jet black, thick, and intensely flavorful with notes of dark fruit, molasses, and bittersweet chocolate. Barrel-aged versions rotate seasonally.
Smokestack Smoked Porter
Not technically a stout, but a dark beer lover's dream. Brewed with a portion of cherrywood-smoked malt, this porter evokes campfires and cool autumn nights. Hints of bacon, toffee, and dried cherry.
Oak Creek Lager
A crisp, clean amber lager that's our nod to classic American brewing. Extended cold conditioning yields a brilliant clear beer with a soft malt sweetness and a floral, noble hop finish. Perfect for any occasion.
Copper Pilsner
A German-style pilsner with a golden-copper hue. Assertive Saaz hops lend a spicy, herbal aroma, balanced by a light, crackery malt body. Sharp, refreshing, and endlessly drinkable.
Industrial Helles
Our take on the Bavarian Helles: malt-forward with a bready sweetness and just a whisper of Hallertau hops. Fermented cool and lagered for months, it's smooth and deceptively simple.
Black Iron Schwarzbier
Don't let the color fool you — this black lager is light-bodied and immensely drinkable. Roasted malt character without the heaviness, offering subtle coffee and dark bread crust notes with a clean lager finish.
Harvest Moon Pumpkin Ale
Our autumn seasonal brewed with real roasted pumpkin and a proprietary spice blend. Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar complement the rich amber base. Pairs perfectly with crisp evenings.
Solstice Saison
A summer seasonal bursting with rustic yeast character. Dry, peppery, and lightly fruity, with a hint of lemon zest. Additions of locally grown lavender and honey make it a field in a glass.
Oak-Aged Cherry Dubbel
A Belgian-inspired dubbel aged on tart cherries and oak staves. Complex layers of dark fruit, caramel malt, and a subtle funk from wild yeast. Released each winter in limited quantities.
Smoked Helles Marzen
An experimental hybrid brewed for our anniversary. Take the crispness of a Helles and add a touch of beechwood smoke, then lager it like a Märzen. The result: a golden beer with a whisper of bacon and a clean, malty finish.
